Maria Bianco
Owner + Agent + Producer
Maria Bianco is the founder of Bianco Artists (est. 2011), a boutique agency representing photographers, directors, and stylists, and producing work for some of the world’s top brands and creative teams.
Raised in Chicago, Maria grew up around film and photo sets. Her mother was a hair and makeup stylist, and her father an Emmy-winning TV director. After studying photography and advertising, she began her career in 2000 as a junior print agent in Chicago and New York, representing top commercial directors, production companies, and photographers. In 2002, she launched her first company and has been building a career in artist management and creative production ever since.
Today, Bianco Artists is a trusted partner to global brands and agencies, known for its high production standards, thoughtful collaboration, and creative leadership.
In 2021, Maria opened Bianco Gallery in downtown Seattle, focused on contemporary photography and design. The gallery supports a multi-generational community of visual artists and offers a space for creative connection and exploration.
Larissa Radzikowski
Managing Producer
Larissa Radzikowski grew up on a small island in the Puget Sound before making Seattle her home in 2006. With a degree in interior design, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a creative mind, and a dedication to producing exceptional work. Her design background gives her a unique perspective on spatial flow, aesthetics, and problem-solving—skills she applies to every production.
As Managing Producer at Bianco Artists, Larissa captures the power of intentional teamwork, ensuring every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and exceeds expectations. Known for her calm leadership and ability to balance precision with creativity, she keeps projects energized, organized, and always moving forward.
Bianco Artists is also a full-service production company with over 20 years of experience producing exceptional photography and motion work for clients across the country. We’re equipped to manage every stage of a project, from brand consultation and creative strategy to budgeting, casting, set design, location scouting, studio coordination, and post-production. Our team handles all the details, including crew sourcing, equipment rentals, catering, and on-site logistics, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.
We’re proud to work with a diverse roster of artists and collaborators and always look for ways to integrate emerging tools like AI to support smart planning and creative execution. Every production is approached with care and precision. We stay focused on delivering high-quality work and a smooth, collaborative experience for everyone involved.
