Maria Bianco
Owner + Agent + Producer
Maria Bianco has spent more than two decades working at the highest levels of commercial photography and production.
Raised in Chicago by an Emmy-winning TV director and a professional hair and makeup stylist, she grew up on set. After studying photography and advertising in college, she began her career in 2000 representing commercial directors, production companies, and photographers in Chicago and New York. In 2001 she launched her first company, and in 2011 founded Bianco Artists, which she has been building ever since.
Today she works as both agent and producer, a combination that gives her a rare, end-to-end understanding of what it takes to make exceptional work. She brings that perspective to every project, from the first creative conversation to the final deliverable.
In 2021, Maria opened Bianco Gallery in downtown Seattle, a space dedicated to contemporary photography, design, and the creative community.
Larissa Radzikowski
Managing Producer
Larissa Radzikowski grew up on a small island in the Puget Sound before making Seattle her home in 2006. With a degree in interior design, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a creative mind, and a dedication to producing exceptional work. Her design background gives her a unique perspective on spatial flow, aesthetics, and problem-solving—skills she applies to every production.
As Managing Producer at Bianco Artists, Larissa captures the power of intentional teamwork, ensuring every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and exceeds expectations. Known for her calm leadership and ability to balance precision with creativity, she keeps every production organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Bianco Artists is a full-service production company with over 20 years of experience producing photography and motion work for brands nationwide. We manage every stage of a project, from creative strategy and budgeting to casting, location scouting, crew sourcing, and post-production. Every production is approached with care, precision, and a genuine investment in the outcome.
Craft. Intention. Collaboration. We represent artists we believe in and produce work we’re proud of. We are grateful for the clients and collaborators who share our creative values and trust us with their vision. We are conscious in how we hire, how we work, and how we stay connected long after a project wraps, always looking for ways to reduce, reuse, and repurpose along the way.
Thank you for your interest in Bianco Artists. While the roster is not currently open for new representation, we’re always happy to hear from brands and creative teams looking to collaborate.
