Maria Bianco is the founder and owner of Bianco Artists (est. 2011), where she serves as an artist agent, manager, and producer, delivering acclaimed work for some of the world’s top companies, brands, and designers.
Born and raised in Chicago, Bianco grew up on film and photo sets—her mother was a hair and makeup stylist, and her father, an Emmy-winning TV director. After studying photography and advertising, she began her career in 2000 as a junior print agent in Chicago and New York, representing leading commercial directors, production companies, and photographers. Building on this experience, she launched her first company in 2002, establishing a career rooted in artist management and creative leadership.
Over the years, Bianco Artists has become a trusted partner for leading companies and brands, known for delivering creative, high-quality work. The company’s continued growth reflects its commitment to pushing creative boundaries and elevating artist collaboration.
In 2021, Bianco opened Bianco Gallery in downtown Seattle. Focused on contemporary photography and design, the gallery fosters a diverse community of multi-generational visual artists and provides a space for creative exploration and connection.
Larissa Radzikowski
Managing Producer
Larissa Radzikowski grew up on a small island in the Puget Sound before making Seattle her home in 2006. With a degree in interior design, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a creative mind, and a dedication to producing exceptional work. Her design background gives her a unique perspective on spatial flow, aesthetics, and problem-solving—skills she applies to every production.
As Managing Producer at Bianco Artists, Larissa captures the power of intentional teamwork, ensuring every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and exceeds expectations. Known for her calm leadership and ability to balance precision with creativity, she keeps projects energized, organized, and always moving forward.
Bianco Artists is also a full-service production company with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional print and video productions nationwide. Our services cover every stage of a project, including art buying, creative strategy, cost consultations, talent casting, location scouting, and line production. Every detail is carefully managed, from sourcing crews to coordinating studio and equipment rentals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
As the creative landscape evolves, we embrace emerging technologies, thoughtfully integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and expand creative possibilities where it makes sense. On set, we oversee everything from catering and craft services to on-site coordination, while post-production, including retouching and video editing, is handled with the same precision and care. Throughout every production, we remain mindful of our clients, collaborators, and the communities we engage, achieving a thoughtful and polished experience.
