Charlie Schuck

Charlie is a photographer, director, and creative consultant. With an interest in aesthetics, design, and arrangement, Charlie has worked on commercial, editorial, curatorial, and art projects with brands, museums, galleries, companies, and individuals worldwide.

Growing up on an island in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, Charlie was instilled with a reverence for the natural world and its various qualities of light. Through formal training in studio photography, including an upbringing amidst the ever-changing light of the Pacific Northwest, this combination instilled a keen understanding of how light can be harnessed to create compellingly rich imagery.

Having experienced various fast-paced working scenarios, Charlie has learned to adapt quickly and creatively within each working environment. He enjoys working with fast camera technology and a tight crew that can efficiently multitask.

Charlie’s process involves observation, experimentation, and a willingness to push the boundaries of conventional techniques. By blending his formal training with practical experience, Charlie aims to create images that capture moments, evoke emotions, and tell stories.
